The collection consists primarily of high altitude aerials shot in 1928 by the Aero Service Corporation of 24 quadrangles in Eastern Pennylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and Delaware which were included in the Federation's study. The collection contains low altitude aerials of various areas including Center City, Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Delaware Avenue, Delaware River, Fairmount Park, and the Benjamin Franklin Bridge. The collection also contains aerial images of roads leading to the Fairless Works, and a portrait of Samuel F. Wetherwill, President of the Regional Planning Federation.
